  • Ordering at bazarPe is easy. Placing your first order at bazarPe? Please follow the below mentioned steps:
  • Login with valid login ID & password at www.bazarpe.in or on bazarPe mobile App
  • Just select the items you want to shop.
  • Select the Quantity.
  • Confirm your order.

Just click on forgot password and you will receive an Email at your registered Email ID to reset your password of your account or you may call us on +91 11 40158048
It’s simple! You may either take wallet balance directly from bazarPe through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS or from our registered district coordinator in your district.
All products sold at bazarPe gone through number of quality checks before showing on bazarPe website. However; you may also visit our sample store in your district or order 1 set of product just to check the product quality.
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account > Order history, if you have placed the order through your log in id.
Standard delivery time is 7-10 days, however for some products delivery time may vary depending upon the availability or depending upon the size of the order
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification in your booking account. You can also TRACK ORDER online. Please note tracking information may not be available for all carriers.
Yes you may book any quantity of any products.
If you are searching for a product that is not available on our site, please email info@bazarpe.com and we'll do our best.
Yes! If your order size is either 1000 KG or of INR 4 lac you will get instant 5% additional discount
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
We are sorry you had to experience this but please check if your order contains items with different delivery time. Items with different delivery times are shipped to you separately. Do not worry; your order is on its way to you!
The expected date and time of delivery will be communicated to you before the dispatch of your order. Under rare circumstances, if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund you the full payment made towards that particular product, at the earliest.

No! You may buy the same products at bazarPe sample store at the same price. However; in some cases they can charge a little for door delivery
No worry! If you have received any damaged product(s) please inform us immediately. We will replace it as early as possible.
bazarPe is happy to serve shopkeepers and fulfil their requirements. If shopkeepers receives any product which fulfils the below mentioned criterion, shopkeepers is eligible for return / exchange:
  • Product is used/altered/poor in quality/Defective product.
  • Physical / in-transit damage to the product.
  • Branded product received seal opened.
  • Empty packet/some items or accessories are missing.
  • It’s “No longer needed”.
  • Customer tried to handle the industrial product and unable to use it which promotes any tear/damage.
  • Made to Product(on demand) will not be returned.
  • For Products purchased on bazarPe, in the event the customer has any concern with the Product, the customer shall inform to bazarPe Customer care within 24 Hours of product delivery.
  • Customer must share video with Customer care team while opening the package in case of Empty Package/Quantity issue.
  • If customer is sharing photographs of product it must be four angle photograph (Videography will be highly appreciated).
  • Any goods return will be accepted only in case of wrong, defective, damaged product.
  • In Case of Faulty electronics product, customer need to contact nearest service centre for repair/ replacement.
  • All products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
  • bazarPe shall endeavour to process the customer refund within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of request made to the Customer Care team.
  • The refunds in accordance with the above guidelines shall be as per the following:
  • In case of non-delivery or failed order, the refund will be credited in your wallet and will reflect in same account.Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases:
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 24 hours as specified above.
  • In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.
  • If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by bazarPe at its sole discretion.
  • If Product has been used by the customer.
  • If Product sold as combo/sets cannot be returned as individual Product.
